Arrived on site customer stated that they had some issues that they would like rectified. After inspecting all work, MyGuy pluming turned water back on to home and tested all work for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should. Please note there is no warranty on customer supplied parts only the labor performed. Please note we did find a leak under the kitchen sink. We brought to the customers attention and customer would not like to fix it.
Arrived on site client stated that he would like for us to install his customer supplied vanity, lav faucet, and kitchen faucet. Left options to install fixtures supplied by us or customer supplied. Client does not want to move forward at this time. We will credit back the visual diagnostic if they decide to move forward with work.
Arrived to the home, client had just purchased the home and would like estimates for some plumbing work to be done. Their main sense of urgency is relocating the water and waste for the existing vanity, to accommodate a normal vanity. Also, new shut off valves under the vanity, ice maker valve and line, replacing shut off valve for existing hose Bibb, and a new toilet. I advised to the client that I can not give an accurate estimate for the vanity’s plumbing until I cut open the Sheetrock to see the layout in the wall. I can give estimates for the other work to be completed. The crawlspace opening is completely buried at this time, so I can not access the water main to swap out the valves for today. *$59 waived
Arrived on site clients stated their bathroom sin was backed up. Upon inspection there appeared to be hair and buildup in the pop up assembly drain body. Remove all hair and buildup and ran hot water to remove the rest of the buildup. Lav sink is now draining as it should.
Arrived on site client stated her 3 toilets were flushing weird. Went in crawlspace to open clean out. Clean out was clear and water was flowing. Once I arrived toilets were flushing as they should. Client had builder here and he said there was a Studor vent in the attic and he would cut it out tomorrow and replace it. Everything seemed to be draining as it should while I was here.
Arrived on site to clear main sewer line through outside clean out. Attempted to clear line with 300 machine multiple times and kept getting stopped at the same point. Attempted to camera line, unfortunately there was no visual due to the line being full of water and debris. Located point that we were not able to get past. Due to not being able to get past a certain point we recommend excavating are to gain access to pipe in order to scope rest of sewer condition. Provided estimate to customer for work described above. Customer will contact us when available to come out for work due to front house being worked on.
